Above: Claire Allison from the Timaru Courier Newspaper meet with CPlay volunteers Owen Jackson (OJ) and Roselyn Fauth to discuss advertorial full page features.
We received a wonderful boost to our marketing budget from Venture Timaru and Media Works Foundation. Roselyn Fauth, CPlay volunteer, has donated the graphic design so the budget could go even further. The donations have meant that CPlay can have more presence in local newspapers, radio and online. Prior to the donations, CPlay had a $0 market budget to work with, so these two donations will go a long way.
"Caroline Bay is one of the key visitor attractions in Timaru District and for this reason Venture Timaru is supporting the fundraising efforts of CPlay as it is anticipated that this project has the potential to be a major attraction for one of our key target market groups of visitors – families. It’s important to build on our existing attractions and this is clearly what CPlay will do within the park area of the bay."
- Di Hay, Operations Manager - Venture Timaru.
