A huge thank you to our Chamber of Commerce community for the “Support Local Auction”. Honestly over $18k of donated items is just fantastic, and then to auction these off and receive $18k+, which will all be donated to CPlay is so good to see and demonstrates what a community minded group of businesses and individuals we have the pleasure to work with. Please see below the businesses who supported the auction, and do support these businesses back, and also support the local hospitality, retail and tourism businesses that have done it tough over the last couple of years. Seaweek Carwash for CPlay
SUNDAY, 13 MARCH 2022 FROM 10:00-12:00
Can you come help us clean cars? Or bring your car to be cleaned and help us raise funds for the new playground at Caroline Bay?
We have raised $1.9 million and the goal is to reach $2.2 by April sp the playground is construction ready by August!
This event is on the 13th of March, Come and get your car washed! Or volunteer.
The Mediaworks team will join with Seaweek to promote a charity carwash at the TDC Library carpark, where the public can come and get their car washed by a team of volunteers from CPlay.
All proceeds will go to the CPlay. During the event, there will be a celebrity ‘wash off’ between OJ from The Breeze and Steve Wills.

Amazing Success! Thank you to the team of 5 mums and supporters who have raised $4304 for CPlay - Because CPlay funds are administered by the Aoraki Foundation as a registered charity, our donation is also eligible for a 33% tax rebate ($1420) which we will also claim back and re donate to CPlay, making our overall total $5724!
